Service Description
FormToMotion creates AI-powered product videos from product photos and related materials supplied by clients. Videos may be created for social media, advertising, e-commerce, product launches, and digital marketing. Project scope, format, duration, pricing, revisions, and deliverables are confirmed for each project.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the necessary permissions for submitted materials, and reviewing project details before delivery. You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
Submitted Photos and Content
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. By submitting product photos, descriptions, logos, branding, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use these materials and grant FormToMotion a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to create and deliver the requested services.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may contain creative interpretations, transitions, movements, and visual elements based on submitted materials. You are responsible for reviewing the final content for suitability, factual accuracy, brand requirements, advertising rules, and platform requirements before publication.
Payments and Pricing
Prices are communicated before work begins and may vary based on video length, complexity, and project requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the agreed payment or invoice terms. We may pause work until required payment is received.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing. Included revisions, if any, are specified for each project. Requests beyond the agreed scope or after final approval may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the final delivered video for social media, advertising, e-commerce, product marketing, and other agreed promotional purposes. FormToMotion retains ownership of its methods, workflows, templates, software, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to create content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, contains illegal material, is deliberately misleading, or is intended to deceive, harass, or cause harm.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormToMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services or AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Termination
Either party may end a project before completion by written notice. You remain responsible for payment for completed work and approved expenses up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
