Nekustamais LV creates AI-generated real estate videos and virtual property tours from photographs and related materials supplied by customers. Service scope, format, timing, and deliverables are confirmed for each project.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the necessary permissions for submitted materials, and reviewing project details before delivery. You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
Submitted Photos and Content
You retain ownership of materials you submit. By submitting photographs, descriptions, or other content, you grant Nekustamais LV a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to provide, improve, and deliver the requested services.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may contain creative interpretations, transitions, and visual elements based on submitted materials. You are responsible for reviewing final content for suitability, factual accuracy, and compliance with advertising, property, and platform requirements.
Payments and Pricing
Prices are communicated before work begins and may vary based on video length, complexity, and property requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the invoice terms. We may pause work until required payment is received.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing. Included revisions, if any, are specified for each project. Requests beyond the agreed scope or after final approval may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the final delivered content for your property marketing and related promotional purposes. Nekustamais LV retains ownership of its methods, workflows, templates, software, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the services to create content that infringes rights, violates privacy, misrepresents a property, contains illegal material, or is intended to deceive, harass, or cause harm.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nekustamais LV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Termination
Either party may end a project before completion by written notice. You remain responsible for payment for completed work and approved expenses up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
